The BIGGEST Different Between 3.5 and 4.0 DUPR… (Why you’re stuck!)

Troy’s 3.5→4.0 gap: your shots are fine — you’re hitting the wrong shot at the wrong time. 4.0s are in the right spot for the right ball.
Fixes highlighted: treat the return as a weapon (deep enough to push them off the baseline) then sprint to the kitchen; in transition, earn 1–2–3 balls instead of sprinting into a pop-up.

  • Hit deep returns that force a step back, then sprint to kitchen
  • Accept a miss or two if you’re truly going for depth
  • In TZ, stay balanced — earn balls before closing
